* This is a service product for switching your Secial Grand Harmony Full Doll to a new one
along with the Certificate of Authentication.

* For Limited Dolls, Face-Up can only be requested within 2 years since you have got your doll
and you can only request for the same version/type Face-Up.

If you want to order re-face-up of product in more than 2 years long, please ask it in Q&A first.

* For Limited Dolls, you can choose “Other Type Face-Up”
and write any of our Basic Doll’s name on ORDER COMMENT
to get that Basic Doll’s Face-Up.

HOW TO ORDER

1. Order the product on this page.
(Please write your current doll's Type Name on "ORDER COMMENT" under Delivery Info.)

2. Send your Special Grand Harmony Full Doll for switching to new one.
(Sending shipping fee should be provided by the customer.
New one’s sending shipping fee will be added on the total cost.)

3. Get an email notification for your doll to arrive to Little Monica safely.

4. New doll will be shipped out to you after 50-60 business days upon the old one’s arrival.

5. The price of that product does not include tooth parts.

If a head needs tooth parts(for example, Gloomy Enrill), price for tooth parts should be paid.

Please kindly ask us in Q&A for further details.

NOTE

▪ Order will ship in around 50-60 business days(excluding weekends and holidays)
upon receipt of the old doll / payment.
▪ If you add Face-Up, or Body Blushing, or both options, 7~10 extra business days will be taken.
▪ If you choose to have ‘Other Type Default Face-Up,’ exchange or refund will not be possible.
▪ Once body blushing has done, little bit of abrasion can occur around the joints.
▪ Colors may slightly differ depending on your monitor screen types and settings.

Total Delivery Period Information:
      It takes 30~40 business days for producing Basic Line Dolls and Parts(excluding weekends and holidays).
      It will take additional week if Default Face-Up has been added.
      Outfits, Wigs, Eyes, Shoes, Accessories, Tools will normally be shiped within 2 days unless there is a further notice.
      If you add Body Blushing, extra 7~10 business days will be taken.

Cases of being able to Exchange or get Refund
- Within 7 days from the day you received the item with an appropriate reason(s) rather than a simple change in mind.

(If you still wish to exchange, or get refund by a simple change in your mind- including the Color/Size Exchanges -,

the round-shipping cost must be afforded.).
- Within 3 months from the day you receive the item, if the item is fairly different from the store displays.

And, within 30 days from the day you find out about the difference(s).

Cases of NOT being able to Exchange or get Refund
- Special Dolls, Basic Line Dolls and Parts will be on production once the payment has been confirmed.

Therefore, it is not possible to cancel, exchange, or get refund after the payment.
- Not able to exchange or get refund if the product is damaged, or its value has been decreased by your fault.

Damages on the package will not affect on your exchange and refund.

- Opening the package of the products which have any possibilities in copy.
